Assi Rose is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, music producer, and sound alchemist whose life's journey has been devoted to exploring the transformative power of music. Blending ancient traditions with contemporary production, he creates immersive musical experiences that bridge ceremony, performance, and celebration.

His path began in South America, where he was introduced to shamanic traditions through ceremonies, plant medicine, and apprenticeships with Indigenous healers. There he discovered sound as a sacred tool for healing, connection, and expanded consciousness, learning to hold ceremonial spaces where music becomes a living prayer.

After earning a degree in Jazz and World Music from the University of London, Assi continued traveling the world, studying diverse musical traditions while developing his own unique artistic voice. As a one-man traveling band, he has supported ceremonies, festivals, and spiritual gatherings across the globe, accompanying communities with his voice, guitar, accordion, saxophone, flutes, and other instruments.

A longtime member of the international Rainbow community, Assi has contributed to Rainbow Gatherings not only through music and ceremony, but also by producing collaborative recordings, live sessions, artist projects, and community performances. His work is rooted in bringing people together through creativity, service, and the shared language of music.

Between 2010 and 2015, Assi co-founded Israel's first Healing Sounds Festival, serving as its artistic producer and bringing internationally renowned medicine musicians and visionary artists to perform and share their work.

His music weaves together tribal rhythms, sacred chants, world music, live improvisation, and modern sound design. Whether producing in the studio, recording artists in nature, facilitating ceremonial music, or performing on stage, his intention remains the same: to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the living spirit of the Earth.

His ongoing project Pachamama Medicina channels the wisdom and healing spirit of South American tribal music into contemporary medicine music, inviting listeners into journeys of remembrance, devotion, and transformation.

In 2025, Assi launched Ecstatic Shaman, a live DJ performance that merges psytrance, organic house, downtempo, and chillout with live instruments including saxophone, flutes, accordion, guitar, and voice. The result is a dynamic ceremonial dance journey that seamlessly flows between deep listening, ecstatic movement, and collective celebration.

With gratitude to Pachamama, the Great Spirit, and all the teachers, musicians, elders, friends, and communities who have shaped his path, Assi continues to create music that honors the sacred while embracing the ever-evolving language of sound.
